ABO血型与冠心病的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between ABO blood group and coronary heart disease

目的探讨ABO血型与冠心病的发病率及冠脉狭窄严重程度的关系。方法回顾性收集2016年于本院进行过冠状动脉造影的住院患者共121例,根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组74例及非冠心病组47例,用Gensini评分系统评价冠心病患者冠脉狭窄严重程度,同时收集患者的血型、血糖、血脂及心肌酶结果。按血型将入选者分为A型、B型、O型、AB型4组来探讨每组冠心病发病率,再比较冠心病患者各血型组的实验室指标及Gensini积分,分析ABO血型与冠心病及其严重程度的相关性。结果 A型组患者的冠心病检出率较高(74.4%),O型组较低(47.5%),在冠心病患者中,A型组的LDL-C、TC及TG较非A型组高, O型组的LDL-C、TC及TG较非O型组低,上述差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05), A型组的Gensini积分较非A型组高,O型组的Gensini积分较非O型组低,差异均有统计学意义(Z值分别为-1. 981、-2. 290,P <0. 05)。结论 A型血患者易患冠心病且冠脉狭窄程度较重,O型血患者不易患冠心病且冠脉狭窄程度较轻,可能与患者体内血脂水平有关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between ABO blood group and the incidence of coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary stenosis. Methods A total of 121 inpatients who underwent coronary angiography were collected from our hospital in 2016,74 patients were enrolled into CHD group and 47 cases were enrolled into non-CHD group according to the results of coronary angiography. Gensini score system was used to evaluate the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease,and blood glucose,blood lipid and myocardial enzymes in laboratory results of all patients were collected. According to the blood group,the patients were divided into 4 groups( A,B,O and AB). The incidence of coronary heart disease in each group was discussed. Laboratory indexes and Gensini score were compared between groups of coronary heart disease to discuss the correlation between ABO blood type and the incidence and the severity of coronary heart disease.Results Incidence of coronary heart disease of type A patients was higher( 74. 4%),type O patients was lower( 47. 5%). In patients with coronary heart disease,compared to non A group,LDL-C,TC and TG of A group were higher,LDL-C,TC and TG in O group were lower than non O group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Gensini score in type A group was highier than non A group,and it was lower in type O group than non O group,with the differences statistically significant( Z =-1. 981,Z =-2. 290,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Patients with O blood group are not susceptible to coronary heart disease,and the degree of coronary artery stenosis is relatively low,which may be related to the level of serum lipids in patients.
