一种抑制LLC电路低频burst噪音的方法 被引量:3

A Method to Inhibit Audible Noise Caused by Low-Frequency Burst Mode of LLC Resonant Converter

摘要 LLC谐振电路由于其高效率、高功率密度与简单的电路结构被广泛应用于各种场合。在轻载或者空载情况下,为了保证工作效率、减小功耗,LLC电路一般使用burst模式工作。然而因为开关动作不连续,burst模式可能会引起人耳可以听见的噪音。一般的噪音来源于burst的频率进入人耳听觉范围(20Hz-20kHz),但在实际工作中,低于人耳听力范围的burst频率仍然会有噪音的产生。本文针对低频的burst产生的噪音进行分析,确定噪音来源,并提出间断启动的方法来消除噪音。最后在实验中验证该方法的可行性和实用性。 Because of high efficiency, high power density and simplicity of circuit, LLC resonant converter is wildly used. In order to keep high efficiency and reduce power loss, burst mode is normally implemented to deal with light load or no load situation. However, due to discontinuous switching, burst mode may cause audible noise. Usually, the noise is caused by burst frequency entering the range of the frequency that human can hear(20 Hz-20 kHz). But in fact, when burst frequency is lower than 20 Hz, it can still cause audible noise. Focusing on the audible noise caused by low-frequency burst mode, this paper finds out the source of the noise and proposes gap-start method to inhibit the noise. Finally, experiments verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
