摘要
冶金企业炼钢通常采用热电偶来测量温度,存在很大缺陷。本设计提供一种新的温度测量方案,采用红外温度传感器来测量温度信号。红外测温为非接触测量,具有响应快、精度高、可靠性高、不易损坏等特点。在炼钢企业中的高炉热风总管、连铸生产线上板坯温度的控制和硅钢生产线等,都有广泛应用。
The metallurgical enterprise usually uses thermocouples to measurethe temperature,and there is a great defect.This design provides a new temperature measurement scheme and uses the infrared temperature sensor to measure the temperature signal.Infrared temperature measurement is non-contact measurement.It has the characteristics of fast response,high accuracy,high reliability,and is not easy to damage.In steelmaking enterprises, the blast furnace hot air main pipe,continuous casting production line temperature control and silicon steel production line have been widely applied.
