股骨头骨骺滑脱的诊断与治疗相关研究进展

Recent advances in diagnosing and treating slipped capital femoral epiphysis

股骨头骨骺滑脱(slipped capital femoral epiphysis,SCFE)是好发于青春期的髋关节疾病之一,严重影响股骨近端的正常结构与髋关节功能。由于对该疾病的发病机制认识不足,并且漏诊与误诊往往会造成严重的不良后果,故不断有研究提出不同的诊断及评估方法。关于股骨头骨骺滑脱治疗策略的选择,目前也存在较多争议,对于手术指征的把握和术式的选择目前还没有统一的共识形成。本文回顾并总结了近年来有关股骨头骨骺滑脱诊断与治疗的相关报道与研究现状,从而进一步探讨该疾病更合理的临床治疗策略。

As one of the common hip disorders in adolescents,slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE)affects normal structure of proximal femur as well as function of hip joint.Various diagnostic indicators and evaluating methods have been constantly developed by researches around the world due to an insufficient understanding of pathogenesis of SCFE and misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis leading to adverse consequences.There are kinds of therapeutic strategies for SCFE.However,many controversies still remain.As for surgical indications and choices of surgical approaches,a general consensus has not been reached yet.Through researches and literature reports,advances in diagnosing and treating slipped capital femoral epiphysis are summarized and optimal clinical management of this disorder is discussed.
