摘要
紧急停堆功能是衡量反应堆安全性的重要内容之一,属于反应堆保护系统安全功能。本文从反应堆停堆信号采集、停堆逻辑和表决方式等方面对AP1000和CPR1000紧急停堆功能进行了简单介绍。通过功能分析可知,二者在主要停堆功能方面基本相同,但AP1000根据自身的工艺系统特点对停堆允许条件进行了简化,并且设置了不同于CPR1000的停堆触发功能。在逻辑处理方面,选择了拒动率更低的2oo4表决方式,逻辑分析表明该种表决在正常运行和维修维护时仍能很好的兼顾安全性和可靠性。
The reactor shut-down is one of the important contents for measuring the safety of reactor,which is the safety function belonging to reactor protection system.IIn this paper,the reactor shutdown functions of AP1000 and CPR1000 are briefly introduced in terms of signal acquisition,shutdown logic and voting mode.Through functional analysis, AP1000 and CPR1000 are basically the same in the main shutdown functions.However,AP1000 simplifies the permit conditions of shutdown function according to its own process characteristics,and supplies some particular shutdown functions different from CPR1000.As to the judgment of logic,the voting mode of 2oo4 with lower rejection rate is chosen. Logical analysis shows that such a voting mode has good safety and reliability in normal operation and maintenance.
