摘要
河钢宣铜2号2500m3高炉自2013年以来,坚持控制边缘,稳定中心的原则,通过调整上部装料制度,由“中心注焦”转型为“平台+漏斗”的布料模式。通过操作制度的转型不但实现了高炉炉况长期稳定顺行,而且大大提高了高炉煤气利用率,燃耗大幅降低,炉顶设备运行周期显著延长。在此基础上,进一步优化上部装料制度,逐步向矿焦平铺靠拢,技术经济指标进一步改善,燃料比最低达到494kg/t。
Since 2013,the 2500m^3 blast furnace of No.2 xuanHua iron &steel co.,ltd.has adhered to the principle of controlling the edge and stabilizing the center.By adjusting the upper charging system,it has transformed from "central coke injection"to the "platform +funnel"mode.The transformation of operating system not only realizes the stable operation of blast furnace,but also greatly improves the utilization rate of blast furnace gas,greatly reduces the combustion consumption and extends the operation period of top equipment.On this basis,the upper charging system is further optimized,and the tiling closer to the mine coke,the technical and economic indicators are further improved,and the fuel ratio is as low as 494kg/t.
