摘要
以铣削试验为基础,结合元胞自动机理论建立了三维复杂槽型铣刀片前刀面不规则热源的元胞自动机算法;进行了铣刀片温度场的模拟仿真分析,得到了基于元胞自动机算法的铣刀片温度场,为复杂槽型铣刀片的槽型设计和开发利用提供了理论支持。
In this paper,based on the milling test,a cellular automaton algorithm for the irregular heat source of a three dimensional complex groove milling cutter head is established in combination with the theory of cellular automata, and the simulation and Simulation of the temperature field of the milling cutter is carried out.The temperature field of the milling cutter based on the cellular automata algorithm is obtained,and the groove type of the complex groove type milling cutter is set up.Theoretical support is provided for the planning and development.
