冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗慢性肺心脏病心衰23例临床观察

Clinical Effects of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of 23 chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure cases

目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析23例患者临床资料,主要包括药前及用药后72小时患者的脑钠肽前体、血钾、24小时尿量、血压、心率、超声心动图、体循环淤血的体征等。结果用药后患者尿量增加、体循环淤血体征改善,心率及脑钠肽前体水平明显降低(P <0. 05)。药物对血钾水平影响不大,但患者出现不同程度血压下降,调整剂量后恢复。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽可以有效辅助治疗慢性肺心病心衰患者。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 23patients were analyzed retrospectively,including the_NTpro-BNP,blood potassium,24hour urine volume,blood pressure,heart rate,echocar- diography,and body circulation congestion signs,and so on,before and 72hours after drug used.Results After the drug used,the urine volume increased,body circulation congestion signs alleviated,heart rate and NTpro-BNP decreased significantly (P <0.05).Drugs had little effect on blood potassium,but the drug had some degrees on blood pressure drop and recoved by dose adjusted.Conclusion Lyophilized.Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide can effectively treatment chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure patients.
