Research and Countermeasures on the Current Smuggling of Refined Oil

进入新世纪以来,新能源以其独特优势逐渐被推广应用,但是成品油在现代工业体系中仍发挥着不可或缺的作用,新能源要完全取代它可能还要经过很长时间。由于各国的贸易管制和关税壁垒,成品油在各个国家和地区间往往存在差价。我国正处于经济跨越式发展时期,成品油需求量巨大。部分单位和个人为了追逐利益,不惜以身试法,导致我国成品油走私现象屡禁不止。成品油走私带来了很多问题,对我国社会经济发展造成了恶劣影响。本文从成品油走私概念切入,分析成品油走私活动的主要方式、危害及原因,对防范与杜绝成品油走私提出对策。

Since entering the new century,new energy has been gradually popularized and applied with its unique advantages,but refined oil still plays an indispensable role in the modern industrial system,it may be a long time before new energy is completely replaced.Due to trade control and tariff barriers,there are often differences in prices of refined oil between countries and regions.China is in the period of economic leapfrog development,the demand for refined oil is huge.In order to pursue interests,some enterprises and individuals do not hesitate to test the law,resulting in the smuggling of refined oil products in our country repeatedly banned.The smuggling of refined oil has brought about many problems,which has caused adverse effects on China's social and economicdevelopment.Starting from the concept of the smuggling of refined oil, this paper analyzes the main ways,harms and causes of the smuggling of refined oil,and puts forward countermeasures to preventing and eliminating the smuggling of refined oil.
