农民工创业风险研究现状与展望

Research Status and Prospect about Risks of Migrant Workers’ Entrepreneurship

在“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下,农民工创业热情高涨,但创业成功率低、风险大的现实不容忽视。本文在查阅大量有关农民工创业风险研究成果的基础上,梳理农民工创业风险的不同研究视角,发现已有学者的研究思路主要分为三种,一类是全面分析的思路,主要借用调研访谈对农民工创业风险展开全面探讨;第二类将社会网络理论纳入农民工创业风险研究领域;第三类则以动态变化的视角看待农民工创业的风险。文章最后从研究方法、测量指标三个方面对农民工创业风险研究领域的做出展望。

Under the background of "Public entrepreneurship and innovation",peasant workers has high entrepreneurial enthusiasm.But the fact that its success rate is very low can not be overlooked.Based on research perspective,this paper divided existing research results into three classes.One class is general analysis to using investigation and interview to have a comprehensive discussion on the venture capital risk of migrant workers;the second kind is to adopting the method of integrating the social network theory into the research field of venture capital for migrant workers;and third is analyse entrepreneurial risks with the perspective of dynamic change.ln the end ,rhis paper make a prospect on the venture capital risk of migrant workers from research method and performance measures.
