基于因子分析法的宁波上市公司绩效评价

Research on the Performance Evaluation of Listed Companies of Ningbo based on Factor Analysis

本文利用多元统计中的因子分析方法,以55家宁波上市公司2016年财务报表数据为基础,对宁波上市公司的经营绩效进行实证分析,并得到这55家企业绩效的综合排名。研究表明,2016年宁波上市公司综合绩效水平整体稳健。各方面能力与上市公司排名相关性不强;盈利能力不甚理想;偿债能力相对较好;成长能力较为平均;现金流能力和营运能力表现较差。在宁波上市公司涉及的行业中,表现最好的是交通运输、仓储和邮政业;制造业整体表现一般;批发和零售业及房地产企业各有优势;建筑业和两家服务类型的企业表现低迷。

Based on the financial statements data of 55 listed companies in Ningbo in 2016.By using factor analysis method in multivariate statistics,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the operating performance of listed companies and gets the comprehensive ranking of the performance of these 55 enterprises. The research shows that the comprehensive performance level of Ningbo listed companies is generally stable in 2016.There is not strong correlation between all aspects of competence and listed company ranking.The profitability is not ideal;The debt paying ability is relatively good;growth ability is more average;Cash flow capacity and operating capacity are poor.Among the industries involved in Ningbo listed companies.The best performance is transportation,warehousing and postal services;the manufacturing sector has a general performance;the wholesale and retail and real estate companies have their own advantages;the construction industry and the two service types are depressed.
