摘要
现代大跨度空间结构建筑以其结构造型优美、线条流畅、结构独特的特点,大量应用于机场、场馆类建筑中。对廊坊大剧院项目的工程概况、屋面钢结构体系及组成进行了介绍;对屋盖钢结构分区、临时支承架的布置、钢结构安装顺序及安装方案、屋面钢结构的落架顺序进行了描述;利用MIDAS软件对整个施工过程进行了仿真模拟计算,并对计算结果的应力、变形进行分析,以验证施工方案的可行性并保证钢结构安装过程的安全与质量;对施工过程中温度变化对临时支架底部反力的影响进行了分析;最后对临时支架的设计,特别是临时支架的整体稳定分析进行了介绍。
The modern long-span spatial structure has been widely used in airports and stadiums,because of its beautiful design,smooth lines and unique structure.The general situation of Langfang Grand Theater Project,as well as the steel roof structure and assembly process were introduced;the roof steel structure partition,temporary supporting frame layout,steel structure installation sequence and installation scheme,roof steel structure unloading order were described; the whole process of construction was simulated and calculated by using MIDAS software.The calculation results of the stress and deformation were analyzed to verify the feasibility of construction scheme and ensure the safety and quality of steel structure installation process ;the temperature in the process of construction of temporary supporting frame at the bottom of change of reaction force were analyzed ;at the end of the temporary supporting frame design,especially the overall stability analysis of temporary supporting frame were introduced.
