临床药师参与1例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎抗真菌治疗的病例分析

Analysis of Antifungal Treatment Participated by Clinical Pharmacist for One Case of New Type Cryptococcal Meningitis

探讨临床药师参与隐球菌脑膜炎患者抗真菌治疗中的药学服务方法。临床药师参与1例隐球菌性脑膜炎患者的药物治疗过程,从协助医生优化抗真菌药物治疗方案、对患者进行药学监护、不良反应处理及用药教育等方面提供药学服务。临床药师参与调整抗真菌治疗方案后,患者病情好转。临床药师协助医生制定用药方案,为患者提供药学服务,为医生合理安全用药提供建议,可在隐球菌感染脑膜炎患者的治疗中发挥积极作用。

The method of pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacist for antifungal treatment of new type cryptococcal meningitis was explored.Clinical pharmacist participated in the drug treatment process of a patient with new type cryptococcal meningitis.Clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care in following aspects:assisting doctor to optimize antifungal drug treatment plan, providing pharmaceutical monitoring and medication education for the patient and so on.After the adjustment of antifungal treatment plan by clinical pharmacist,the patient had an obvious improvement.Clinical pharmacist can assist clinicians to make out effective and reasonable treatment regimes as well as providing pharmaceutical services for patients,and suggestions of reasonable and safe drug use for physicians.
