摘要
目前中国住院新生儿的母乳喂养现况并不乐观,母乳喂养管理涉及众多方面,包括医院管理、医护人员、患儿家属。住院新生儿母乳喂养的开展与管理面临众多挑战,本研究针对2018年发布的《住院新生儿母乳喂养循证指南》中关于母乳接收、解冻、喂养、质量控制等院内管理内容加以解读,期待对我国住院新生儿母乳喂养起到积极的推动作用。
At present, the situation of breast feeding for hospitalized newborns in China is not optimistic. The management of breast feeding involves many aspects, including hospital management, medical staff and chidren families. Breastfeeding and management of hospitalized newborns face many challenges. This study aims to interpret the contents of in-hospital management such as breast milk reception, thawing, feeding and quality control in the "Evidence-based Guideline: Breastfeeding of Neonates in the Hospital" published in 2018, and expects to play a positive role in promoting breast-feeding of newborn in China.
