从文献计量看中外食品科学研究 被引量:12

Studies on Food Science from Chinese and Foreign Using Bibliometrics Method

摘要 为更直观把握食品科学领域的核心学术脉络,本文利用web of science核心合集数据库和InCites分析工具,对2007—2016年10年间全球食品科学领域发表的科研论文进行多角度分析,同时对发展趋势进行预测。结果表明,过去10年间美国发文总量和总被引频次位居全球第一,而自2013年开始中国年发文量已跃升全球第1位。通过模型预测得出到2026年中国的论文总数将达到美国的近3倍,成为论文发表第一大国。数据还表明,中国在食品科学与技术研究领域虽呈现良好的活跃度,相对于全球平均水平的影响力、学科规范化的引文影响力(CNCI)也均高于全球平均水平,是全球食品科学技术领域的研究大国,然而综合TOP10%论文数、高被引论文等各项影响力指标,总体上仍低于美国与西班牙等国家,说明距离该领域的研究强国还有一定差距。今后应注重于原创和论文的质量。 In order to know about the core of the field of food science,this paper refered the data (2007-2016) from the web of science database and InCites database,the 10 years of scientific research papers of global food science was conducted a multi-angle scientific research performance evaluation,while forecast analysis was presented for the publications of different countries in the field of food science.The results showed that although the total amount of published-papers of the United States is the highest in the world in the past 10 years,the number of annual papers in China has been the highest in the world since 2013.By the model forecast,the total number of papers in China will reach nearly three times of the United States in 2016.China has accounted for four of the top 20 research institutions, reflecting the rapid growth of food science and technology in the first-class university of China;but the published papers on food science by China were cited significantly lower than the United States;The two indicators of papers published by China,including citation influence and the impact on the global average,were significantly lower than .the world average.The above data showed the gap between Chinese and foreign papers,which would cause the scientific research workers in the food field to further improve the quality of China's food science papers,driving the development of food industry in China.
