Interpretation of the clinical practice guideline for the chronic pain management in patients living with HIV

美国感染病协会(IDSA)艾滋病毒医学会2017年10月首次发布的关于人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者慢性疼痛管理的临床实践指南,描述了HIV感染者可能发生的疼痛类型和表现,强调慢性疼痛是HIV感染者的常见症状,每一个HIV感染者都应该进行慢性疼痛筛查,并接受各种缓解疼痛的治疗和规范的疼痛管理。本文重点解读HIV感染者慢性疼痛管理的基本原则,以及疼痛管理和治疗的推荐意见。

The clinical practice guideline for the chronic pain management in the patients living with HIV (PLWH) were released by the HIV Medicine Association (HIVMA),Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA)in October 2017.In this guideline,the types and manifestations of chronic pain among PLWH are described.Furthermore,the 51 evidence-based medicine recommendations are put forward from 13aspects,including chronic pain screening,evaluation, drug and non-drug treatment,and the management of chronic pain in special populations.This paper provides the guideline interpretation and emphasizes the principle management for chronic pain in the PLWH.
