摘要
慢性荨麻疹是临床常见的皮肤病,具有瘙痒性、易发性和难愈性。中医经典方剂包括玉屏风散、消风散、当归饮子和桂枝汤治疗慢性荨麻疹颇有疗效。本文对中医经典方剂治疗慢性荨麻疹作一全面论述,并结合近年来的研究探讨相关方剂的作用机制,旨在为临床应用提供文献依据和治疗思路。
Chronic urticaria is a common clinical skin disease. It has the itching symptom with easy seizure, which is difficult to be cured. Classical Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of chronic urticaria are quite effective, such as Yupingfeng San, Xiaofeng San, Danggui Yinzi and Guizhi Tang. This article makes a comprehensive discussion in the treatment of chronic urticaria by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions including recent research on the mechanism of relevant prescriptions to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
