各位代表,女士们、先生们:大家好!现在,我代表世界珠算心算联合会(简称世珠联)第四届理事会,向大会做工作报告,请予审议。一、第四届理事会工作回顾世珠联第四届理事会,在各位理事和会员单位的共同努力下,团结协作,积极进取,学术交流、理论研讨、教学实践、比赛鉴定、师资培训等各方面工作都取得了显著成绩,各会员单位之间的传统友谊进一步增进与加强。

Dear delegates,ladies and gentlemen, Greetings to you all! On behalf of the 4th Council of The World Associa- tion of Abacus and Mental Arithmetic 0VAAMA),I will now present to you the work report for your deliberation. 1.Review of the Work of the 4th Council Thanks to the joint'efforts of Council members and member units,the 4th Council of WAAMA has made re- markable achievements such aspects as unity &coopera- tion,active enterprising,academic exchange,theoretical discussion,teaching practice,competition &appraisal, and teacher training.By doing so,it has further enhanced and strengthened traditional friendship among the mem- ber units of WAAMA.
