复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔液治疗斑秃34例临床分析

Minoxidil solution combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of alopecia areata in 34 patients

目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔液治疗斑秃的疗效。方法 66例斑秃患者随机分为观察组34例和对照组32例,对照组口服胱氨酸100mg,3次/d,局部外用质量分数2%米诺地尔液,2次/d;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服复方甘草酸苷片(6～12岁者25mg/次,>12岁者50mg/次),3次/d,2组疗程均为12周;于治疗前、治疗4、8、12周,运用皮肤镜观察2组不同时间点脱发区皮表、毛发、毛囊口的微细结构变化,并比较其临床疗效。结果随治疗周次增加,2组局部断发、黑点征、感叹号样发的发生率逐渐减少,短毳毛发生率逐渐增加;观察组治疗总有效率(88.2%)高于对照组(65.6%),复发率(3.3%)低于对照组(23.8%)(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合米诺地尔液治疗斑秃的临床疗效优于单用米诺地尔液,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minoxidil solution combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on alopecia areata.Methods Sixty-six patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into observation group (n=34) and control group (n=32).Control group received oral administration of cystine tablets 100mg three times a day and topical external administration of 2%minoxidil solution twice a day.Observation group received oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablets 25mg for patients aged 6to 12years old and 50mg for those aged >12years old,three times a day,in additional to the therapy in control group.Both groups were treated for 12weeks totally.The microstructure changes of skin surface,hair and hair follicle at alopecia areata area were observed by dermoscopy before and after 4-,8-and 12-week treatment,and the clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results The incidences of broken hairs,black dots hairs and exclamation mark hairs decreased gradually along with the treatment, while the incidence of short vellus hair increased gradually.The correlation treatment group was superior to the control group.The total effective rate was significantly higher and recurrence rate was significantly lower in observation group (88.2%,3.3%)than that in control group (65.6%,23.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Minoxidil solution combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is superior to the single use of minoxidil solution for alopecia areata,and the recurrence rate is low.
