基于菌落形态、显微特征、DNA条形码三种策略鉴定僵蚕表面真菌

Analysis of the Fungi Forms of the Bombyx Batryticatus Based on Three Tactics of Fungal Morphology, Microscopy and DNA Barcode

目的:检测北京市零售药店僵蚕饮片表面所含真菌的种类,为临床安全用药提供参考依据。方法:培养僵蚕表面真菌,进行纯化,获得单一菌株。结合真菌菌落形态、显微结构特征、DNA条形码三种方法鉴定僵蚕表面真菌。结果:从僵蚕饮片表面共获得真菌227株,共计10种。其中的8种真菌得到准确鉴定结果,2种真菌为未知菌株。结论:初步了解北京市零售药店僵蚕表面真菌情况,为临床安全用药提供参考依据。

Objective:To detect the fungi kinds on the surface of Bombyx bassiana decoction in Beijing retail drugstore and to provide reference for safe drug use in clinic.Method:The surface fungi of Bombyx bassiana were cultivated and purified,and a single strain was obtained.Colony morphologies,microscopic characteristic and DNA barcode were combined to identify fungi on the surface of Bombyx bassiana.Result:A total of 227 strains of fungi were obtained from the surface of Bombyx bassiana,which were 10 species,among which 8 species of fungi were obtained with accurate results,2 species were unknown strains.Conclusion:We have preliminary understanding of the surface fungi of bombyx batryticatus in Beijing retail drug stores and provide a reference for the safety of the clinical medicine.
