基于工作室条件下的高职旅游教育现代学徒制实践

Study on the Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Tourism Education Based upon Studio Conditions

针对当前高职旅游教育中实现现代学徒制遇到的难题,探索了基于工作室条件下的高职旅游教育中实现现代学徒制的新途径。经过实践,实现了在常规实训教学中完成生产性实训,建立校内、外导师共同负责的现代师徒关系,满足了高职旅游教育的现代学徒制的建设需求,解决了在校期间的生产性实训条件难题,同时也丰富了旅游类专业的教学资源。

In view of the difficulties encountered in the realization of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational tourism education,this paper explores a new way to realize modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational tourism education based on studio conditions. Through practice,it has fulfilled productive training,establishing a modern mentoring relationship between teachers and apprentices both inside and outside the school,which meets the needs of the construction of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational tourism education. It solves the difficult problems of productive training conditions during the school period,and enriches the teaching resources of tourism specialty.
