摘要
文章介绍了广东省高职院校试点实施现代学徒制情况,分析了企业开展现代学徒制所遇到的瓶颈,从企业的选择、现代学徒制持续稳定发展的利益机制和搭建现代学徒制智能公共网络平台三个方面提出了解决途径。
The article introduces the experimental implementation of modern apprenticeship system in Guangdong higher vocational colleges. The bottlenecks encountered by enterprises in developing modern apprenticeship system are analyzed. Solutions are put forward from three aspects: the choices of enterprises,the interest mechanism of modern apprenticeship system for sustained and stable devvelopment and the establishment of intelligent public network platform of modern apprenticeship system.
