基于职业体能教学的高职体育课程体系改革研究

Research on the Reform of Higher Vocational Physical Education Course System Based on Occupational Physical Education Teaching

利用高职院校教学诊断与改进工作推进的时机,开展以职业体能教育为主要内容的高职体育课程体系改革研究,开发与学生未来职业岗位需求相适应的身体素质练习,可以有效提高学生的岗位适应能力,促进学生职业发展,对学生未来职业发展具有十分重要的意义。本文从高职院校诊改角度出发,对职业体能教育相关核心概念、职业体能教育的重要意义、高职体育课程体系设计所遵循原则和课程体系构建进行了阐述,以期为高职体育课程改革提供理论支撑。

Taking advantage of the chance of teaching diagnosis and improvement work in higher vocational colleges,research on the reform of higher vocational physical education course system with occupational physical education as its main content,and develop physical quality exercises that meet the needs of students for future career positions,which can effectively improve students'ability to adapt to posts and promote the career development of students.This is of great significance to the future career development of students.From the perspective of diagnosis and reform in higher vocational colleges,this article elaborates on the core concepts of occupational physical education,the importance of occupational physical education,the principles followed by the design of higher vocational physical education course system,and the construction of course system,so as to provide a theory support for the reform of higher vocational physical education course.
