摘要
针对一种双源平行激光光幕系统存在安装误差的问题,以单侧光幕的检测阵列为研究对象,建立了测试坐标误差计算模型,分析了不同安装误差对测试结果的影响。利用MATLAB对1 m×1 m的测试靶进行了数值仿真,确定了一组安装误差值,分别为竖直方向偏移4 mm,竖直方向偏转10',水平方向偏转1°,以此作为测试系统安装调整的依据。当安装误差控制在此数值范围内时,其对测试结果造成的影响可以接受。最后通过实弹射击,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In view of the problem of installation error of dual source parallel laser light screen system,this paper takes the detection array of single light screen as the research object,establishes the calculation model of test coordinate error,and analyzes the influence of different installation errors on the test results.MATLAB is used to carry out numerical simulation of 1m × 1m test target.A set of installation error values is determined,which are 4mm offset in vertical direction,10'deflection in vertical direction, and 1°deflection in horizontal direction.The values are used as the basis for the installation and adjustment of the test system.When the installation error is controlled within this numerical range,the influence on the test results can be acceptable.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through firing practice.
