摘要
为满足相关工程项目的应用需求,设计了一种耐高辐射剂量60 a寿命电缆。该电缆采用了特殊的双层绝缘及绝缘绕包结构设计。双层绝缘结构中内层绝缘可以保证绝缘线芯的电气性能及提高绝缘线芯的机械性能,外层绝缘可以保证绝缘线芯的阻燃性能。同时,绝缘线芯外部绕包的一层聚酰亚胺带材,可增加绝缘线芯的绝缘性能、耐辐照性能及耐LOCA(冷却剂丧失事故)环境试验(高温高压高湿的环境试验)性能。各项试验结果表明,该电缆在经历60 a寿命、850 kGy的耐辐射剂量试验后,能满足后续的功能性LOCA试验要求,及所有试验结束时仍然具有设计要求的电气性能及机械性能。
In order to meet the application requirements for relevant engineering projects,a high radiation resistant cable with 60-year lifetime is developed. The cable is designed with special double insulation and insulation wrapping structure. The inner insulation of the double insulation can ensure the electrical properties of insulated wire core and improve mechanical properties of insulated wire core; the outer insulation of the double insulation can ensure the flame retardancy of insulated wire core. Meanwhile, a layer of polyimide tape around the insulated wire core can increase the insulation performance, radiation resistance and LOCA(lost of coolant accident) environment test(high temperature,high pressure and high humidity environment test) performance of the insulated wire core. The experimental results show that the cable can meet the subsequent functional LOCA test requirements after 60-year thermal life and 850 kGy radiation resistant test, and still has the electrical and mechanical performance of design requirements at the end of all tests.
