摘要
目的 探讨五行音乐配合拉玛泽呼吸对初产妇焦虑疼痛、分娩控制及分娩结局的影响.方法 选取2016年3~9月在该院住院分娩的足月单胎头位初产妇200例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例.对照组行常规产检常规接生,观察组在对照组基础上孕28周开始训练五行音乐配合拉玛泽呼吸.采用阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息量表、简化McGill疼痛问卷量表和分娩控制量表,比较两组产妇焦虑、疼痛、分娩控制情况及分娩结局.结果 观察组焦虑、疼痛程度明显低于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) .观察组产后出血量低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) .结论 五行音乐配合拉玛泽呼吸用于初产妇可减轻其焦虑程度、疼痛水平,提高分娩控制感,缩短产程,降低产后出血量,减少新生儿窒息,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the effects of five elements-music and lamazir respiration on anxiety and pain,birth control and outcome of delivery.Methods A total of 200 first-parturients with.full-term single birth in'the hospital from March to September 2016 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,100 cases of each grOuP.In the control group,the routine birth test was perform.ed,and the observation group began to train five.,lines of mtisic with lamazir breathing:at 28 Weeks.Amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information scale,simplified McGill pain questionnaire Scale'and birth corktrol scale were used to compare the maternal anxiety,pain,birth control and birda outcome of the two groups.Results the degree Of anxiety and pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the duration of labor was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood loss of the observation group waslower than that of the control group,and the Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were'statisticaUy significant (P<0.05),Coneiusions Fiveline music combined with lamaze breathing Can reduce anxiety and pain of fii'st-time mothers,improve control of deliveiy,shorten de'livery,reduce postpartum hemorrhage andreduce n'eonatal asp'hyxia.It is worthy of clinical proinotion.
