老年COPD疾病控制水平与健康信念及健康管理行为关系的研究

A study on the relationship between the level of disease control and health beliefs and health management behaviors in elderly patients with COPD

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疾病控制水平与健康信念及健康管理行为的关系.方法2016年12月~2017年6月选取84例老年COPD患者为研究对象,分别应用COPD评估测试问卷(CAT)、Champion健康信念量表及健康行为量表(HPL)对COPD患者进行评价,应用Pearson单因素分析老年COPD患者疾病控制水平与患者健康信念及健康行为量表的关系。结果84例老年COPD患者病情控制率71.43%(60/84),其中完全控制组22例,部分控制组38例及未控制组24例。不同病情控制情况的老年COPD患者其健康信念及健康管理行为比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。老年COPD患者除严重性认知及易感性因子外,患者疾病控制效果与健康信念其余维度及健康行为各维度均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者疾病控制水平与患者健康信念及健康行为有密切的关系,护理人员应积极提高老年COPD患者健康信念及健康行为,以促进患者病情康复。

Objective To explore,the relationship between the level of disease control and health beliefs and health management in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 84 cases of elderly patients with COPD from December 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the.subjects.The COPD patients were evaluated with COPD evaluation questionnaire (CAT),the champion health rating scale and Health Behavior Scale (HPL).Pearson single factor analysis was used to analyze the relationship between disease control level and health beliefs and health behavior scales in elderly patients with COPD.Results The disease control rate of 84 elderly COPD patients was 71.43%(60/84),including 22cases in the complete control group,38 cases in the partial control group and 24 cases,in the non-control group.The difference in health beliefs and health management behaviors of elderly COPD patients with different disease control conditions was statistically significant (P<0.05).In addition to the severity cognition and susceptibility factors,the disease control effects of elderly COPD patients were positively correlated with other dimensions of health beliefs and health behaviors (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of disease control in elderly COPD patients is closely related to the health beliefs and health behaviors of the patients.The nurses should actively improve the health beliefs and health behaviors of elderly COPD patients to promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
