喉癌患者术后生存质量及护理干预策略的研究进展

Research progress of postoperative quality of life and nursing intervention strategies for patients with laryngeal cancer

喉癌是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中常见的恶性肿瘤。随着早期诊断率的提升及以显微外科为主,放疗为辅的综合治疗技术的不断发展,喉癌患者的生存率得到很大提高,但术后患者的生存质量受到诸多因素的影响,如发音功能、吞咽功能、气道功能、心理因素和社会支持等。对影响喉癌患者的生存质量因素及相关护理干预策略进行综述,旨在提高喉癌患者的生存质量及生活信心,使其最大限度地回归社会。

Laryngeal cancer is a common malignant tumor in otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery. With the improvement of the early diagnosis rate and the continuous development of the comprehensive treatment technol-ogy, which is mainly based on microsurgery and supplemented by radiotherapy, the survival rate of patients with laryn-geal cancer is greatly improved. However, the quality of life of postoperative patients is affected by many factors, such as pronunciation function, swallowing function, airway function, psychological factors and social support. The factors affecting the quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer and related nursing intervention strategies were summarized in order to improve the quality of life and confidence of patients with laryngeal cancer and make them return to the socie-ty to the maximum extent.
