B超引导下穿刺冲洗与置管引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of B-ultrasound guided puncture irrigation and catheter drainage in the treatment of breast abscess

目的研究B超引导下穿刺冲洗与置管引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的效果。方法 86例乳腺脓肿患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组采用B超引导下穿刺冲洗,研究组采用置管引流术。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率为93.02%(40/43),明显高于对照组的65.12%(28/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者实施B超引导下穿刺冲洗与置管引流术疗效均较好,但置管引流术疗效更加明显,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective To study the effect of B-ultrasound guided puncture irrigation and catheter drainage in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods A total of 86 breast abscess patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and research group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received B-ultrasound guided puncture irrigation, and the research group received B-ultrasound guided catheter drainage. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.02%(40/43) than 65.12%(28/43) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion B-ultrasound guided puncture irrigation and catheter drainage are effective in breast-feeding patients with breast abscess, but the effect of catheter drainage is more obvious. So it is worthy of further clinical study.
