Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life, self-rating depression scale(SDS) score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) scores in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery were divided by different nursing methods into conventional group and research group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing, and the research group received strengthened nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional nursing. Observation and comparison were made on quality of life, SDS and SAS score after intervention between the two groups. Results The research group had obviously lower SAS and SDS score respectively as(44.10±9.80) and(40.34±3.25) points than(51.30±11.00) and(50.42±3.25) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had significantly higher quality of life score of physical function, cognitive function, healthy mood, social relationship, post-operative pain, emotional function, role function and physiological function than conventional group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of nursing intervention for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery can improve their anxiety and depression, improve their quality of life and prognosis. So it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
