以人为本的高校学籍管理制度建设研究

在传统模式下,高校学籍管理倾向于僵化与单一化的学籍管理流程与管理模式,其中欠缺灵活性的学籍管理举措。因此,为了从源头入手来转变当前状态,高校应当紧密结合学籍管理的真实状况,依照因地制宜的宗旨与思路来建设学籍管理的新模式。在以人为本的根本思路下,增强学籍管理以实现综合实效性。

Under the traditional mode,the student status management tends to be rigid and simplified,which lacks flexible measures.Therefore,in order to change the current situation from the source,colleges and universities should closely combine the real situation of student status management,in accordance with the purpose and ideas of suiting measures to local conditions to build a new model of student status management.Under the basic idea of "people-oriented",we should strengthen the management of student status so as to achieve comprehensive effectiveness.
