全日制专业学位研究生双导师协同培养机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 专业学位研究生的培养应以职业应用能力为导向,在培养过程中以双导师培养机制为依托,以案例教学、实践教学为手段,以实习实践平台为抓手,科学制定培养方案,创新校内导师与校外实践导师遴选及管理方式,明确校内外导师职责的,强化分工与合作,协同培养出具有实践应用创新能力的专业学位硕士研究生。 The cultivation of professional degree graduates should be based on professional application abilities,relying on the dual tutor training mechanism in the training process,using case teaching and practical teaching as a means,taking practice practice platforms as the starting point,scientifically formulating training programs,and innovating on-campus tutors.To select and manage out-of-school practice instructors,and to clarify the responsibilities of the instructors inside and outside the school,to strengthen the division of labor and cooperation,and to foster professional master degree graduate students with practical application and innovation capabilities.
