新时期高校学生党支部建设中的问题与对策

高校学生党支部建设,是实现思想政治教育贯穿于青年学生日常生活的重要途径。当前,高校学生党支部建设存在学生党支部书记身兼多职、支部委员选拔问题突出、党员素质参差不齐、组织生活形式缺乏创新、形式主义普遍、党员身份意识薄弱等问题。为此,可以通过加大党支部建设支持力度、推进党支部建设,整合学生党支部、坚持严格的支部委员遴选原则,重视学生党员教育工作、全面提升党员素质,创新党支部组织活动形式、丰富组织活动内容,加强思想引导作用、提高党员政治素养,强化党员身份意识、发挥党员先锋模范作用等方法,加强高校学生党支部建设。

The construction of the party branch of college students is an important way to achieve ideological and political education throughout the daily life of young students.At present,there are problems in the construction of student party branches in colleges and universities where students are party branch secretaries who have multiple jobs,outstanding selection of members of the branch committees,uneven quality of party members,lack of innovation in organization and living forms,general formalism,and weak awareness of party members.
