摘要
高职院校党务干部能否胜任当前工作岗位关乎学校党建水平的高低。通过访谈、问卷调查等方式获取高职院校党务干部胜任力要素,再利用因子分析法确定胜任力模型。高职院校党务干部胜任力模型能在理论层面,为政府及高职院校的党建研究工作提供支持和借鉴;也能在实践层面,帮助政府及高职院校选拔、培养、评价党务干部提供新的工具和指导。
Whether or not Party cadres in higher vocational colleges are qualified for the current job is related to the level of Party building in schools.Through interviews,questionnaires and other methods to obtain the elements of party cadre competence in higher vocational colleges,and then use factor analysis to determine the competence model.The model of the competence of party cadres in higher vocational colleges can provide support and reference for the research work of government and higher vocational colleges.It can also provide new tools and guidance to help the government and higher vocational colleges to select,train,and evaluate party cadres.
