生态文明城市建设制度的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Civilization Urban Construction System

随着我国城镇化进程的发展,城市生态环境危机不断加深,城市污染日益严重,既威胁到城市居民的身心健康,也影响着"建设美丽中国"。这一问题的产生很大程度上是由于目前一些地方政府对生态文明城市建设重视不够,相关制度体制构建不健全造成的。本文在指出相关制度问题的同时,从政策制度层面提出一系列对策与措施,为我国生态文明城市制度建设提供一定的理论指导。

As the development of urbanization process in China,the crisis of the urban ecological environment unceasingly deepens and the urban pollution becomes a rapidly growing issue,which not only threatens the residents'mental and physical health but also influences the process of "Building a Beautiful China".To a large extent,the lack of attention to the construction of ecologically-civilized city from some local governments and the unsound building of related systems and institutions should be responsible for this issue.This article aims to point out the issues of related systems and proposes a series of counter measures from the angle of policies and systems at the same time,which will hopefully provide the construction of China's ecological civilization urban systems with some certain theoretical guidance.
