血清C3、C4、hs-CRP和UA在精神分裂症患者诊断与治疗中的检测价值研究

Detection of serum C3,C4,hs-CRP and UA in the diagnosis,and treatment of schizophrenic patients

目的:探究血清C3、C4、hs-CRP和uA在精神分裂症患者诊断与治疗中的检测价值。方法:选取2016年12月~2017年12月126例在我院接受治疗的精神分裂症(SZ)患者为研究对象,根据4周内是否服用抗精神疾病药物分为治疗组和停药组,选取98例同期体检正常者为对照组,比较患者之间血清C3、C4、hs-CRP和uA浓度。结果:SZ组C3、uA水平分别为(0.94±0.13)g/L、(360.47±92.51)umol/L,对照组为(1.07±0.15)g/L、(300.41±60.57)umol/L,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组C3、C4水平均高于停药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗组hs-C1KP、UA水平与停药组和对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SZ患者血清C3、C4、hs-CRP和uA水平变化对于精神分裂症患者诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the value of serum C3,C4,hs-CRP and UA in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2017,126 patients with schizophrenia (SZ)who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to whether taking antipsychotic drugs within 4weeks,they were divided into treatment group and withdrawal group.98cases of normal physical examination for the same period were selected as the control group.Serum C3,C4,hs-CRP and UA concentrations were compared.Results:The levels of C3and UA in SZ group were (0.94±0.13)g/L and (360.47±92.51)umol/L, respectively;compared to (1.07±0.15)g/L and (300.41±60.57)umol/L in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of C3 and C4 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the withdrawal group (P<0.05),but there was no difference compared with the control group (P>0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and UA in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the withdrawal group and the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The changes of serum C3,C4,hs-CP,,P and UA levels in SZ patients are of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenic patients.
