沙眼衣原体感染及精浆弹性硬蛋白酶水平对精液质量的影响

Effects of the chlamydial trachomatis infection and the level of seminal plasma elastase to the semen quality

目的:探讨沙眼衣原体(chLamydial trachomatis,CT)感染及精浆弹性硬蛋白酶水平及对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测不育症男性患者精浆中弹性硬蛋白酶水平,采用荧光探针PCR法检测沙眼衣原体感染,并分析对精液质量的影响。结果:根据精浆中弹性硬蛋白酶水平将623例患者分为感染组(弹性蛋白酶>1000ng/m1)201例;隐性感染组(290ng/ml<弹性硬蛋白酶<1000ng/m1)118例;未感染组(弹性硬蛋白酶<290ng/mL)304例。感染组CT阳性39例;隐性感染组阳性63例;未感染组5例。结论:CT感染及精浆弹性硬蛋白酶水平与精液质量水平关系密切,CT引发的生殖道感染是导致男性不育的重要原因之一。

Objective:To explore the effects of the chlamydiaI trachomatis (CT)infection and the level of seminal plasma elastase on semen quality in male infertile patients.Methods:The level of seminal plasma elastase (SPE)in male infertile patients were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA);while the detection of CT infection by PCR.-Fluorescence Probe.Then analyzed the effects on the quality of semen.Results:The 623 patients were divided into 3 groups according to the level of seminal plasma elastase on semen.The 201 patients belongs to Infection group (the level of SPE>1000ng/ml),118 patients were divided into recessive infection group (290ng/m≤lthe level of SP<1000ng/ml),and the Uninfected group contains 304 patients.There are 39 patients were confirmed CT infections in the Infection group,and 63 patients in the recessive infection group.However,only 5in Uninfected group were confirmed CT infections.Conclusion:The level of SPE and the CT infection are closely related to the quality of semen.Genital tract infection (GTI) caused by CT is one of the important cause ofmale infertility.
