用双倍剂量的氨溴索口服液对糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者进行治疗的效果评析

With a double dose of oral liquid ammonia bromine cords for treatment in patients with diabetes merged community-acquired pneumonia effect evaluation

目的 :探讨用双倍剂量的氨溴索口服液对糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者进行治疗的效果。方法 :将2015年8月至2017年5月成都市龙泉驿区妇幼保健院接诊的73例糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(36例)。为对照组患者采用常规剂量的氨溴索口服液进行治疗,为观察组患者采用双倍剂量的氨溴索口服液进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、C-反应蛋白的水平、CPIS评分及各项血气分析指标。结果 :观察组患者治疗的显效率及总有效率均高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者C-反应蛋白的水平、CPIS评分、PaCO2均低于对照组患者,其PaO2、SpO2均高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :用双倍剂量的氨溴索口服液对糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者进行治疗的效果显著。

Objective: To study the double dose of ammonia bromine rope oral liquid treatment in patients with diabetes merged community-acquired pneumonia effect. Methods: between August 2015 and May 2015, longquanyi district of chengdu maternity and child care departments of 73 cases diabetes combined with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases) and control group(36 cases). For the control group were treated by routine dose of ammonia bromine oral liquid treatment, for the observation group were treated by double doses of oral liquid ammonia bromine cords for treatment. Then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, C-reactive protein levels, CPIS score and blood gas analysis index. Results: the observation group of patients show the efficiency and total effective rate in treatment were higher than the control group patients(P < 0.05). After treatment, the observation group of patients the levels of C-reactive protein, the CPIS score, PaCO2 were lower than the control group patients, its PaO2, SpO2 were higher than the control group patients(P < 0.05). Conclusion: using double doses of oral liquid ammonia bromine cords in patients with diabetes merged community-acquired pneumonia treatment effect is remarkable.
