This paper first studies the current situation of technological innovation and circular economy in Jiangsu province,and through the analysis of technological innovation and development in Jiangsu province,the expenditure of funds,regional development levels and technological innovation outputs.Furthermore,it provides suggestions for technological innovation and development of circular economy in Jiangsu province from the aspects of the training of scientific and technological personnel,the financing of scientific research,the combination of production,education and research,and the type of environmental technology industry,and the acceleration of the development of circular economy.
