企业建设项目投标过程控制与管理

企业在开展建设项目时,常常会选择招投标的形式来选择建设单位,但目前的投标工作中存在很多问题,严重影响了投标工作的公平性。基于此,文章阐述了企业建设项目投标过程控制与管理的重要性,基于企业建设项目投标过程中所存在的问题,提出了健全企业建设项目投标工作的可行性措施,促使投标工作变得更加规范。

When carrying out construction projects,enterprises often choose construction units in the form of bidding and tendering.However,there are many problems in bidding work at present,which seriously affect the fairness of bidding work.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of the process control and management of enterprise construction project bidding.Based on the problems existing in the process of enterprise construction project bidding,this paper puts forward feasible measures to perfect the bidding work of enterprise construction project,so as to make the bidding work more standard.
