Comprehensive budget management is a favorable guarantee for smes to implement their own strategies,which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of their budget management and promote the sustainable development of smes.This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out comprehensive budget management for small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward some solutions based on the existing problems in the comprehensive budget management of small and medium-sized enterprises,hoping to provide reference for China’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
