中医辨证结合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

The Curative Effects of TCM Syndrome Differentiation with Acupuncture on Cervical Vertigo

目的:对中医辨证结合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效进行观察,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:将符合条件的52例颈性眩晕患者随机分组,对照组采取西医治疗,研究组采取中医辨证结合针刺进行治疗,疗程结束后,比较两组的治疗有效率。结果:研究组治疗有效率96%,明显高于对照组的65%。P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采取中医辨证结合针刺治疗颈性眩晕,可提高治疗有效率,具有一定的临床研究意义。

Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effects of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine)syndrome differentiation with acupuncture on cervical vertigo,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of vertigo.Methods:52 eligible patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with western medicine,and the study group were treated by syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with acupuncture treatment.After treatment,treatment effectiveness of two groups was compared.Results:The treatment effectiveness rate was 96% in the study group and 65%in the control group.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment on cervical vertigo can improve treatment effectiveness and have certain clinical significance.
