中药联合火针治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Chinese medicine combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne

目的:观察口服中药配合火针疗法治疗痤疮的疗效。方法:将72例湿热型痤疮患者随机分为两组,每组36例,两组同时口服中药,治疗组同时配合火针治疗。结果:两组治疗后,对照组总有效率为77.8%,治疗组为88.9%,经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合火针治疗痤疮疗效显著,有临床推广价值。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with fire needle therapy in the treatment of facial acne. Methods: 72 cases of hot and humid acne patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 36 cases,two groups of oral Chinese medicine at the same time,in which the treatment group also cooperated with fire needle treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was 77.8 % in the control group and 88.9 % in the treatment group.
