“三步八法”推拿术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Research on Manipulation Therapy Called "Three steps with eight methods" in the Treatment of Lumbar disc Herniation

目的:观察"三步八法"推拿术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:自2013年1月～2016年12月,选取腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,采用数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组采用"三步八法"推拿术治疗,对照组采用骨盆牵引治疗。记录治疗前后两组VAS评分、JOA评分及疗效评定。结果:两组治疗前后的VAS评分及JOA评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间VAS评分、JOA评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于腰椎间盘突出症,"三步八法"推拿术比骨盆牵引能够更好地缓解疼痛等症状、改善生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of manipulation therapy called "Three steps with eight methods"for treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods:From January 2013 to December 2016,40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by number table,20 cases in the treatment group were treated with manipulation and 20 cases in the control group treated with pelvic traction.The visual analog scale (VAS)scores and modified Japanese orthopaedic association (JOA)scores for low back pain and lumbar soft tissue tension were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of VAS and JOA in both two groups were significantly different than the baseline(P<0.05).The score in the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulation therapy called "Three steps with eight methods"is more effect for remission of symptoms and improving life guality of patients.
