摘要
白酒为我国的传统酿造行业,同时也是世界六大蒸馏酒之一,但白酒微量成分的检测分析研究只有40多年历史,随着科技的发展,白酒的检测分析技术也发展迅速,新仪器、新技术、新方法的开发已成为白酒分析检测领域的潮流,综述了白酒的分析检测研究进展,旨为白酒的分析检测提供研究新思路。
As China's traditional brewing industry,according to the flavor Chinese liquor was divided into Maotai flavor liquor,Luzhou,Fen and other twelve kinds of liquor,the detection and analysis had more than 40 years history,with the development of science and technology, liquor detection technology has developed rapidly,new equipment,new technology,development and the application of the new method is trend of the liquor analysis field,this paper summarized the research progress on detection and analysis of liquor,so as to provide a new idea of research on liquor production testing.
