摘要 白酒生产和消费在我国的历史悠久,工艺技术精湛,质量风格典型,白酒消费已经融入生活的方方面面,形成独特的酒文化。随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,如何开发新产品,满足市场调整期的消费需求,是众多白酒厂家所面临的问题,从细节入手,深入了解市场,开发适销对路产品,显得尤为重要。 Liquor production and consumption in our country has a long history, exquisite workmanship, quality style typical, liquor consumption has been integrated into all aspects of life, forming a unique wine culture. With the continuous improvement of living standards, how to develop new products to meet the market adjustment period of consumer demand, many liquor manufacturers are facing problems, from the details, in-depth understanding of the market, the development of marketable products, it is particularly important.
