不同强度致密砂岩对射孔弹穿深的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Tight Sandstone with Different Strength on the Performance Depth of Perforating Bullet

摘要 为对比不同强度致密砂岩靶对2种射孔弹穿深的影响,选用3种不同强度的致密砂岩靶,选取114型和89型射孔弹在常温常压条件下进行地面模拟装枪穿砂岩靶的试验。为进一步研究围压对射孔弹穿深的影响,选取89型射孔弹在30MPa/60℃条件下穿致密红砂岩。结果显示:在无围压条件下,砂岩靶强度和孔隙度对射孔弹穿孔性能影响较大,89型射孔弹穿深较114型射孔弹下降幅度大,114型射孔弹在穿深上优势明显;而89型射孔弹在致密砂岩靶在30MPa/60℃条件下的穿深较常温常压条件下穿深下降达23%.在相同致密砂岩条件下,围压是影响射孔弹穿深的主要因素。 In order to compare the influence of dense sandstone targets with different strength on the penetration depth of 2 different perforating bullets,this paper,three kinds of tight sandstone targets with different strengths and 114-and 89-type perforating bullets were used to test the perforating on sandstone target under normal temperature and pressure conditions.In addition, to further study the influence of confining pressure on the penetration depth of perforating bullets,the 89-type perforating bullet was selected for testing at 30MPa/60℃.The results show that under the condition of no confining pressure,the strength and porosity of the sandstone target have a great influence on the perforation performance of the perforation bullet.Compared with the type 114 perforating bullet,the type 89 perforating bullet has a large decline of penetration depth,and the advantage of the 114-type perforating bullet is obvious.In addition, the penetration depth of the 89-type perforating bullets tight at 30MPa/60℃ is 23% lower than that under normal temperature and pressure.Under the same tight sandstone conditions,the confining pressure is the main factor affecting the penetration depth.
