摘要
通过对多向弯曲件工艺的改进,使用一副模具,实现冲孔、去毛刺、向上弯曲、向下弯曲等多种工序的冲裁和成形。新模具的结构,保证了弯曲后孔中心距的要求。模具已有效且稳定地应用于批量生产中,零件质量稳定,生产效率大大提高,降低了生产成本。
A die was designed to achieve some processes such as punching,deburring,upward bending and downward bending by improving multi-directional bending process.The new die ensures the requirement of the center distance between the holes after bending.The die has been effectively used in the mass production.The quality of the parts is stable,the production efficiency is greatly improved,and the production cost is reduced.
