宁心安神揿针结合耳穴治疗失眠的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Thumbtack Needling of Calming Mind Combined with Auricular Application Pressure Treating Insomnia

目的:探讨宁心安神揿针结合耳穴治疗睡眠障碍患者的客观疗效。方法:采用单盲随机对照设计,将105例失眠症患者按照就诊顺序分为对照组、治疗组和药物组,对照组只贴胶布,胶布内无药籽;治疗组用揿针和王不留行籽行贴压治疗;药物组睡前服用艾司唑仑1 mg。采用匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、腕式睡眠监测仪进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后治疗组和药物组在失眠症患者的入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间等方面与对照组比较有显著差异(P <0. 05),但在PSQI量表内自测睡眠时间上治疗组治疗后与对照组比较无差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:宁心安神揿针结合耳穴治疗失眠有显著疗效,睡眠障碍的患者采用非药物疗法后其主观和客观指标有不一致现象。

Objective:To explore the objective efficacy of thumbtack needling of calming mind combined withauricular application pressure in the treatment of insomnia. Methods:105 cases of insomnia were randomized in-to the control group,the treatment group,and the medication group. The control group was only given adhesiveplaster without the seed of cowherb inside; the treatment group was treated with thumbtack needling and auricu-lar application pressure with the seed of cowherb; and the medication group was treated with Estazolam(1 mg,h. s. ). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and wrist sleep monitor were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The improvement of sleep latency,sleep efficiency,and sleep duration were more significant after thetreatment in the treatment group and in the medication group compared to those in the control group(P <0. 05). However,there was no difference in the self - measured sleep time measured by PSQI between thetreatment group and the control group(P >0. 05). Conclusion:Thumbtack needling of calming mind combinedwith auricular application pressure has significant effect on insomnia. There is an inconsistency between subjec-tive indicatiors and objective indicators after non - medication therapy.
