摘要
通过对1949-1965年间我国工业化住宅设计与生产方法的历史回顾,对装配式建筑发展和现代主义建筑进行批判性反思;指出培植相应的知识传递、制度建设、管理体系和施工文化,应当成为住宅工业化的重要环节;提出"作为方法的住宅"理念,以地域生态系统为样板,为大规模住宅的未来发展提供新的思想路径。
This paper provides critical reflections on the development of prefab architecture and architectural modernism through a historical investigation into the industrialized housing design and production methods in urban and rural China from 1949to 1965.It maintains that knowledge transfer,system building,management and construction culture should be considered the essential dimensions of housing industrialization.It develops a new "Housing as Method"framework for rethinking the future development of mass housing.It calls for the replacement of automobile production with the regional ecosystem as the new model for mass housing production.
